Running short on time, but want something relatively healthy? This turkey stroganoff is short on cook time, and big on flavor. I made this in less than 30 minutes, and honestly, I preferred it to normal hamburger stroganoff.

Ingredients

* 2 lb ground turkey

* 2 cans cream of mushroom soup

* 1 16 oz container fat free sour cream

* 1 tbsp black pepper

* 1 tbsp white pepper

* 2 tsp salt

* 3 tsp onion powder

* 3 tsp garlic powder

* 3 tsp dried chives

* 1 tbsp dried parsley

* 1 lb egg noodles

Directions

Brown turkey in skillet, this is a very low fat meat, so do not be surprised if there is no fat to drain off. I didn't have to drain at all. After turkey browns, add in soups and spices. stir well and lower to a simmer. Boil water for egg noodles. After water comes to a boil, salt the water to season and pour in noodles, stirring frequently to prevent sticking. Stir sour cream into stroganoff mixture and continue simmering.

After noodles cook to al dente, drain and top with stroganoff mixture.

Served with corn, peas or a simple salad this meal is healthy, and delicious.
