Easter is a time for Family

Easter is one of my favorite Holidays. The rebirth and hope of Spring, along with the Resurrection of our Lord Jesus Christ. Not everyone is religious, and that is just as acceptable as being religious, however everyone seems to come more alive in the Spring along with the flowers and open, warming, clear skies. For this week I will be posting a daily entry highlighting a Spring or Easter recipe or activity that has been tried and true in my household. Here's to wishing everyone a happy, colorful Spring!
