A few nights ago I was looking for something simple and filling since it was cold and rainy. I am a bit late posting as I have been fighting off some bug for the past few days that has made me want to do nothing except lay around with no energy. These meatballs, however were a hit with my family, and there were no leftovers (A huge feat given how many there were) I did start out with a prepackaged meatball since it was so late in the evening, but these were still delicious and filling.

Ingrients

*3 8 oz. bags meatballs

*1 tall can beer ( I used Coors Light)

*1 32 oz jar grape jelly

*2 bottles chili sauce

*2 bags frozen peppers and onions

*3 tbsp pepper

*2 tbsp paprika

*4 tbsp sweet and sour sauce

*1 tbsp ground mustard

*Egg noodles

Directions

Pour beer and jelly in large stockpot on medium-high heat to start process of melting jelly.

Place meatballs in pot, top with chili sauce, sweet and sour sauce, and peppers.

Stir to coat and let start cooking to boil. After about 15 minutes, meatballs should be cooked down, stir in dry seasonings and and stir to boiling. Lower to simmer while boiling egg noodles. Top noodles with meatballs and a little of the sauce. Simple and easy, right? Enjoy!!
