Peanut Butter Mallow Squares

it's almost Christmas!!!! I have quite a bit to do in the coming few days to prepare for Christmas between my boyfriends family and my family having various functions, but decided to start the baking season making this super simple recipe that is no-bake, fast and delicious. These super rich squares make a small 8 inch baking pan full, but a tiny bit is more than enough of these sugary treats. These are not the prettiest treats I have made, but one taste and you won't care how they look.

Ingredients

* 3 tbsp butter

* 1 1/2 cups smooth peanut butter

* 1 cup butterscotch chips

* 1 bag mini marshmallows

Directions

Combine butter, peanut butter and butterscotch chips in a microwave safe bowl, heat 1 minute 30 seconds until almost completely melted (I wanted a few hunks of butterscotch left, but you can completely melt this as well).

Stir in marshmallows and pour into baking dish. Refrigerate at least 1 hour to harden. Remember, a tiny piece goes a long way!!

I hope to have quite a few recipes to share with you this week, with a few family recipes made by my sisters and mom. I wish everyone the merriest of Christmases, and hope everyone has a safe, warm holiday.
