This isn't the first meatball post I have had (and honestly, it probably won't be the last). meatballs are so quick and easy to make when making appetizers. In addition to the cocktail smokies from yesterday, I made these meatballs for the dinner at my sister's on Christmas. I simply put all the ingredients in a baking dish and they cooked together wonderfully.
Ingredients
* 64 ounces of frozen meatballs
* 1 can jellied cranberry sauce
* 1 bottle La Choy sweet and sour sauce
* 2 tbsp paprika
* 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
* 1 can crushed pineapple with juice
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Place meatballs in single layer and top with remaining ingredients. bake 20 min, then stir. Bake another 30 minutes until sauce starts caramelizing. These would also be good in the crock pot on low for about an hour. So easy it makes itself!!!
