Healthy Fruit Dip

This is it guys, I'm on a mission to become healthier. While I will still make foods that aren't exactly healthy sometimes (they are ok on occasion) I am going to be trying to eat better for myself, my boyfriend, and the hopes that I will be able to have a healthy pregnancy when the time comes. Today I am starting off with a dip that I have been making for a while now, and absolutely love. Light, yet packed with protein and natural sweeteners this is a delicious dip for bananas, apples, pears, or even Nilla wafers or Graham crackers. To be honest, I have even eaten this with a spoon, it's that good.

Ingredients

* 1 Cup non-fat or low-fat Greek yogurt, plain or vanilla

* 1 Tbsp honey

* 1 Tbsp cinnamon

* 1 Tbsp Almond butter

* 1 Tbsp peanut butter

Directions

Add Greek yogurt, honey and cinnamon into bowl. Mix well to blend honey in.

Once these are well blended, add in almond and peanut butter and mix until blended with no chunks of butters in the mixture. Refrigerate at least one hour before eating so flavors blend well.

So simple, yet so filling and delicious!! This is an easy to make snack, breakfast or dessert. My favorite with this is bananas, but I also love apples with this. Give it a try and tell me what you think!
