Low Calorie Jello Pie

My diet doesn't ban desserts. I am a big fan of sweets, and while I am cutting back, I am not eliminating anything completely so I don't feel deprived and slip off the diet train. This jello cool whip pie is low calorie, low sugar and full flavor. I used strawberry, but any flavors or combinations could be used for this and it would be just as tasty.

Ingredients

* 1 graham cracker crust

* 1 1 oz. packet sugar free strawberry cool whip

* 1 container fat free Cool-Whip

* 1 cup sliced strawberries

* Whipped cream if desired

Directions

Make jello according to package directions, allow to sit 2-3 minutes before stirring in Cool-Whip.

Stir Cool-Whip in and mix until completely blended. Add in strawberries. I used fresh, however frozen could also be used if they are not in season. Just thaw and rinse the strawberries being used. Mix well and pour into crust. Allow pie to sit 1-2 hours to fully thicken and form. If desired, this can be topped with whipped cream.

Super simple and extremely delicious, you won't even realize you are missing calories and all the extra sugar in normal pies.
