At this point everyone knows I LOVE sauces, and I love copycat recipes, especially with the pandemic making going out much harder. I had been craving Red Robin, particularly the onion ring tower with that delicious campfire sauce they serve them with, so I decided to make my own. I looked up a few recipes, but none seemed to be the same, and decided I would just go with what I thought instead. Not to knock any others, but mine tastes IDENTICAL to the delicious sauce and even my non sauce loving husband thought it was the same.
Ingredients
2/3 cup mayo (I used Kraft with Olive Oil as it is what I had on hand)
3/4 cup Kraft Hickory BBQ sauce
2 tbps Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup Hidden Valley Ranch dressing
3 tsp chili powder
1 tsp fresh ground pepper
2 tsp garlic powder
3 tsp paprika
Directions
In a bowl mix Mayo, Worcestershire, Ranch and seasonings. Blend well. Stir in BBQ and blend. Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours for flavors to fully marry and blend.
Seriously this is amazing. I'm already trying to figure out what to eat it on tomorrow as I'm making ramen tonight and it doesn't go with the sauce. Try it and let me know what you think!
